April 15th 2026 – Royal Enfield, the global leader in midsize motorcycles, are renowned for making the most custom friendly motorcycles in the world. To celebrate, the brand is pleased to return with season two of the ‘Busted Knuckles Build Off’ (BKBO) Europe, a motorcycle custom build competition exclusively designed for Royal Enfield dealers, allowing builders to showcase their creative engineering, bespoke design, and artistic expression – utilising the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, a platform inspired by custom, for custom.

Following a near six month build process and utilising a £5000 customisation subsidy from Royal Enfield, six of Europe’s finest Royal Enfield dealers will take centre stage at the 2026 Bike Shed Show, London on 22nd – 24th May, to determine which European dealer has built the most coveted Shotgun 650.

Royal Enfield dealers across key European regions were invited to create a custom concept, with six finalists getting selected to develop their designs into a physical reality.

The successful concepts were submitted by the following dealers:

  • Czech Republic: Vintage Garage Motors

  • Germany: Motorrad Bläsing

  • France: KS Motorcycles

  • Italy: Royal Enfield Rivera

  • Portugal: Unik Edition

  • UK: Krazy Horse

Adrian Sellers, Head – Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield, commented

“It makes sense for the final display of Europe’s 2nd BKBO to take place at the Bike Shed Show, an event that focuses on celebrating creativity, craftsmanship and culture surrounding motorcycles. It is going to be a real privilege to see the finest work from Royal Enfield’s dealer network take centre stage across the event, showcasing each dealer’s unique imagination and skillset as they interpret the possibilities of the Shotgun 650.”

BKBO took place once before, with the custom builds displayed at Wheels and Waves in Biarritz in 2023. Motorrad Bläsing of Germany were crowned winners with owner and creator Thomas Bläsing’s ‘Beach Cruiser’, having built it in just 4 months for his own pleasure.

The final preview of all six 2026 BKBO entries will be released online shortly before the Bike Shed show, with each machine benefitting from their own ‘documentary style’ film, these will feature across Royal Enfield’s social media. The public vote can be cast online and in person throughout the show, where the bikes will be on display around the ‘Dockside bandstand’, at the spectacular Tobacco Dock venue. One winner will be selected by combining votes from the public, Royal Enfield and a panel of renowned custom motorcycle designers on Sunday 24th May, with the winner receiving an all expenses paid trip to Royal Enfield’s Motoverse later this year.
